What do I need for a visit?
A phone or computer with a camera, an internet connection, and a private place to talk. Have your list of current medications and your preferred pharmacy handy.

Book online at the link above, choose a time, and pay by credit card. Then complete your intake forms and join the video waiting room at your appointment time.
How soon can I be seen?
Often within 30 minutes during open hours (8 am – 8 pm, 7 days a week). After-hours visits are available based on availability.
Is telehealth right for emergencies?
No. For chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, or any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
Urgent care
What conditions do you treat?
UTIs, sinus infections, colds, flu, COVID-19, sore throat and strep, pink eye, rashes, and seasonal allergies. We also handle medication refills, work and school notes, lab orders, imaging orders, and referrals.
Can I get antibiotics through a video visit?
If Abby determines an antibiotic is medically appropriate, she can prescribe one. Many illnesses, like most colds, are caused by viruses and won't improve with antibiotics.
Can I get a work or school note?
Yes. If you're seen for an illness, Abby can provide a work or school note.
How do prescriptions work?
Abby sends prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy you choose. Prescriptions are billed separately by the pharmacy.
What if I need labs or imaging?
Abby can order labs or imaging at a facility near you. She'll review the results with you. Labs and imaging are billed separately by the lab or imaging center.
Weight loss
What medications do you use for weight loss?
Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, when medically appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
How much does the GLP-1 program cost?
Programs start at $200 per month. Each program covers 3 months and is paid up front. Medication is included.
How do I get my GLP-1 medication?
It's shipped to your door from our partner pharmacy, usually within a couple of business days.
Who is a good candidate for the GLP-1 program?
Adults with a BMI of 27 or higher who are ready to commit to a 3-month program. Abby will review your health history during your visit to confirm you're a good fit.
