Tropical Telemedicine is a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance. After your visit, you'll receive a receipt you can submit to your HSA or FSA for reimbursement.

How much does an online urgent care visit cost?
$100 per visit, paid by credit card when you book. That includes the visit, any orders, and your treatment plan.
Do I need to be in Florida?
Yes. You must be physically located in Florida during your visit. In Ohio? Visit Y-City Telemedicine.
Do you take insurance?
No. We're self-pay only. We can give you visit notes and an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance or HSA/FSA for possible reimbursement.
How fast can I be seen?
Often within 30 minutes during open hours. Pick a time when you book.
Is telehealth right for emergencies?
No. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, or another emergency, call 911.
