Can a UTI be treated online?
Many simple bladder infections can be diagnosed and treated by video. Abby reviews your symptoms and health history and, if needed, orders a urine test at a lab near you. If an antibiotic is appropriate, she sends the prescription to the pharmacy you choose.
When should I be seen in person?
Go to urgent care or the ER if you have a fever, chills, pain in your back or side, nausea or vomiting, or if you're pregnant. These can be signs of a kidney infection or another problem that needs an in-person exam.
How much does a UTI visit cost?
$100, paid by credit card when you book. Your prescription is filled at your pharmacy and paid separately. After your visit, you'll receive a receipt you can submit to your HSA or FSA for reimbursement.
