Can I get antiviral medicine for flu or COVID-19?
Possibly. Antiviral medicines can help some people with flu or COVID-19, especially when started within the first few days of symptoms. Abby will look at your symptoms, timing, and health history to decide if one is right for you. Colds are caused by viruses that don't respond to antibiotics, so care focuses on easing your symptoms.
Should I take a test before my visit?
If you have a home COVID-19 test, taking it before your visit can help. Abby can also order testing at a lab near you if needed.
When should I be seen in person?
Call 911 or go to the ER for trouble breathing, chest pain or pressure, confusion, bluish lips or face, or trouble staying awake. Go to urgent care if you can't keep fluids down, or if you start to feel better and then get worse.
How much does a cold, flu, or COVID-19 visit cost?
$100, paid by credit card when you book. Any prescription is filled at your pharmacy and paid separately. After your visit, you'll receive a receipt you can submit to your HSA or FSA for reimbursement.
